Terms and Conditions - for use of Fanuc Macros

 

 

These terms and conditions (the"Terms and Conditions") govern your (either an individual or a corporate entity) ("the User") use of the Fanuc Macros provided on this www.sharpcam.co.uk website (the “Website”) and the provider ("SharpCam Limited"), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registered number 06692945) and having its registered office at c/o Williams & Co, 8/10 South Street, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 7PF (variously referred to as the "Website", "we" or "us").

 

THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

 

 

1.      TECHNICAL SUPPORT

  

1.1       No technical support shall be provided to the User by SharpCam Ltd.

 

2.   WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF SHARPCAM LTD LIABILITY

 

2.1       The User acknowledges that the Fanuc Macros may not be error-free and agrees that the existence of such errors shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

 

2.2       To the fullest extent permitted by law, SharpCam Ltd disclaims all other warranties with respect to the Fanuc Macros, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties or terms and conditions of satisfactory quality or fitness for any particular purpose. Specifically, SharpCam Ltd does not warrant that the functions of Fanuc Macros the will meet the Users individual needs or requirements.

 

2.3       SharpCam Ltd shall not be liable to the User for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly in connection with this Agreement, the Fanuc Macros, their use or otherwise.

 

2.4       Notwithstanding the generality of clause 2.3 above, the SharpCam Ltd expressly excludes liability for indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage which may arise in respect of the Fanuc Macros, their use, or in respect of other equipment or property, or for loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings.

 

All Users must accept this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions prior to loading, examining or using the Fanuc Macros.
