As a customer you are entitled to access our customer area with your user name
and password, where you can access the following services:
- Access to latest updates for 365 days
The latest version of the products for which you are licensed will be available
for you to download whenever you like during your eligibility period. Once your
eligibility for free product updates has expired you can still download the
latest version allowed by your license.
- No Maintenance fees. Technical support via email.
Should you encounter a problem using the products for which you are licensed, or
just have a question, we are here to help you. We do not charge an annual
maintenance fee, you can contact us at any time.
- Machine Definition and Machine Definition Configuration
If a Machine Definition does not exist for your machine, we provide a free
creation service. The Machine Definition will then be added to our public
library.
Should you require any additional configurable properties for a Machine
Definition that would benefit our library, this again is a free service.
