Problem
When restoring from being minimized, artefacts appear round the border and the objects
are slightly out of focus.
This problem occurs with Radeon X300 (SE) series graphics cards as used by Dell
Dimension 8400 computers.
Solution
Update driver to latest version. In our tests version 8.23.0.0 cured this issue.
